Arrowhead helped us with a major plumbing fix we discovered right after moving into our house.

His team— headed up by Tony and accompanied mainly by Brenner — were AWESOME. seriously, we keep talking about how amazing they were to work with.
 
We had to relay all the pipe in our finished basement and fix a root clog in the front yard. When they were inside, they were super careful in their work and conscientious and protective of our house. They hung up two drop cloths to protect our furniture from dust and went in and out of the egress window to avoid tracking mud through the house.
 
Tony communicated with us every step of the way. Of course, extra surprises came up where I had to call a subcontractor (HVAC) to fix a punctured water heater line. Tony even helped me communicate with the guy about what we needed.
 
We had a big job and they got it all done in about 4-5 days of active working time (we had to have an asbestos team come in to remove tile or it would’ve been faster). Their work was superb and done with such care. Tony had to cut some tiles out of the shower to remove the pipe and it was such a clean job.
 
They also cleaned everything up before they left. Though it was an annoying situation to have to go through, we’re so glad we found arrowhead to help us. Removed a lot of the stress. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I had a belly in my sewer line. It is an old house in old town with surprises at every turn.  But I was impressed with Dave. At each surprise, he was able to offer different options, strategies and costs upfront.  It was no problem getting him on the phone or getting a callback and Arrowhead was there to do the job when they said they would. Communicating and being on time is greatly appreciated. It seems to be a rarity these days. It was professional work and the job came out great. Dave and Arrowhead Service came highly recommended from a friend.  Called him regarding a large underground water leak in the main service line from the street into our house. He came out to assess the situation within a few hours and he recommended that we use a leak detection service (Mike from American Leak Detection) because it would cost us less overall. Once the leak was located Dave had a crew out the very next day. They dug through at least 12 inches of frost 5 or 6 feet down, found the leak, fixed the leak, and ensured that no other leaks were present, filled in the hole and completed the job all in a single afternoon. The guys he sent out were friendly, courteous, and very professional. As a homeowner having an emergency this is how a business deal should be. Everything from the timeline it took Dave to arrive and his communications with us to his recommendations, to the guys he sent out and the price. I am very pleased with this company and the people representing it. Truly professional in every way.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place! My kitchen sink drain was totally blocked, I did what I could but had to get help. They came the same day - the quote was more than reasonable and then, when they found the job less complicated than expected, lowered the price! You heard me right people - HONESTY. How refreshing!!! Hard to find these days. I had previously had a terrible experience with another company in town, a very well-known company, who wanted to charge me $1,000 for a $100 job.  So to come across this kind of customer service was a blessing. It is hard to find a trustworthy company who doesn't over-charge. Arrowhead has been great! Tony was a really great technician who cared about the job he was doing and took the time to get it done right. It's really nice to now have someone we can call when we need them. Front desk was very nice as well.
